WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ANYWHERE!!!!! I BOUGHT A KITCHEN AID (WHIRLPOOL) $2,500 REFRIGERATOR IN NOVEMBER OF 2011. IT STOPPED WORKING ABOUT A MONTH AGO, WE IMMEDIATELY CALLED BRANDSMART FOR REPAIR AS WE BOUGHT A 60 MONTH WARRANTY. AFTER 15 HOURS WASTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TRYING TO SCHEDULE TECHS TO COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE UNIT, AND AFTER 3 TECHS CAME OUT TO SAY THAT IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED IN A PERIOD OF 3 WEEKS, WHIRLPOOL NEEDED TO SEND THEIR TECHS TO LOOK AT THE REFRIGERATOR - 2 TECHS FROM WHIRLPOOL AND OUR REFRIGERATOR STILL DOES NOT WORK - 5 WEEKS WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR!!! - STILL FIGHTING TO GET IT REPLACED. BRANDSMART HAS CLOSED THEIR FILES ON THIS AND SAID IT'S NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BRANDSMART AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT BUY HERE EVER. THEY SELL YOU CHEAP STUFF AND WHEN IT BREAKS, THEY WILL MAKE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO TIRE YOU, MAKE THE SITUATION AS FRUSTRATING AS POSSIBLE HOPING YOU GIVE UP AND DON'T BOTHER THEM AGAIN. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THE COMPANY, NAMELY LINDA SOLOIS, IRENE, RENEE AND MIRIAM IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE WHAT CUSTOEMR SERVICE MEANS. YOUR TELEPHONE CALLS ARE TRANSFERRED AND TRANSFERRED WITHOUT END AND WHAT IS LIKELY IN HOPES OF JUST HOPING YOU WILL GO AWAY. I CANNOT GO AWAY BECAUSE THEY OWN MY WARRANTY/SERVICE CONTRACT.
