dishonest sales staff (Shawn and Nikki). Wireless solutions center has poor customer support. Verizon was willing but unable to help do to being a local and not corporate store. Lesson learned: always buy through Verizon corporate store so you are protected!
My wife and I wanted a smart phone with data for my son who was going to college. We compared with ATT and Verizon was just a little more so we stayed with them . The salesman at the store said that our bill was going to be around $174.00 my wife said are you sure and he said yes around $174.00. When we got our first bill it was just over 300.00 the salesman at the the store did not explain a number of things and he misquoted our monthly charge. We should have switched to ATT, now we are in a contract. Be wary of this location and Verizon wireless in particular.
Always very helpful employees. Answered any and all of my questions and took the time to show me how to operate my new phone.
