I bought a phone from a sales woman and i was told the battery would last for 2-3 days. In less then 1 week it was not lasting more then a day. I requested to return and waqs told i must pay a $25 RESTOCK FEE EVEN THOUGH THE PHONE WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG PHONE. i SPOKE TO THE STORE MANAGER AND OFFERED TO BUY THE PHONE I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT I WAS BUYING AND SHE TOLD ME MY WARRANTY EXPIRED AND SHE WOULD ASK HER MANAGER (juan) AND CALL ME BACK. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK AND I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS ATEMPTS TO CONTACT MIDA BACK. WHEN I CALLED THE EMPLOYEES WOULD PUT ME ON LONG UNANSWERED HOLDS, HANG UP OR TAKE A MESSAGE AND I WOULD NOT HER BACK BY EITHER THE STORE MANAGER OR THE DISTRICTR MANAGER (JUAN THEY SAID) iM STILL WAITING HIS CALL ALSO. i HAVE BEEN A CRICKET CUSTOMER FOR 12 YEARS BUT THE SERVICE THERE HAS PROMPTED ME TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. i AM STILL TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS REFUND. i WILL CONTACT CORPORATE AND BBB
When i went in to start my new plan the woman who helped me was awesome and very professional. When i came in to pay my second months bill i was helped by another woman who was unprofessional and rude(dimples)!! I asked her to punch the back of my card for their rewards program and she asked me very rudely if i had my reciept, after she JUST looked up my account?!? Because of her attitude i will not be going back there. I had planned on buying accessories for my phone,but will spend my $ anywhere but this establishment. If you have no customer service skills,dont work with customers!!!! they got one star because of the sweet professionalism of the woman who helped me on my first visit.
