Great Place To Live!!! Location and amenities are nice! I love tailgating, then walking to the stadium. No more looking in Old Town for parking to walk 10 city blocks to the game.

Absolutely the WORST place I have lived in Fort Collins. The managers are liars and cheats. I signed a lease in May for an August move in and they had begun construction not two weeks later that they didn't tell me about. Every single day, I am woken up at 7:30 am from hammering, loud trucks, and the work crew (yes, even on Saturdays). There is NO parking, even though in the lease I am offered off street parking. This is a major concern because the apt. complex is so close to campus and during the day, it's almost impossible to find a spot. If you are looking for a quiet apt. look elsewhere! I feel scammed and cheated and would break my lease in a heartbeat if I could, HOWEVER, in the lease, they added an addendum that states " Landlord disclaims and resident disclaims any warranty or covenant of quiet enjoyment." I feel they knew this was going to happen and wanted to cover their butts. The apartments themselves are decent, just kind of old.
