An employee of Premium Carpet showed up with a verbal quote provided based on a description of the job. They guy then said the job was accurately described, but he had to charge 10% more that quoted. When confronted with the verbal quote - he said "You are still getting a deal. I could charge you $___.



Classic bait and switch. I had no time to arrange another cleaner before the event. I was a victim of a scam as old as the original Fort Collins. Look elsewhere for your carpet cleaning services.
