I have been going to Susan & John for all my insurance needs for 10 years or so and they are the most kind and professional agents I have ever got to do business with. They are always on top of any additional information I might require and have never let me down or not got me the best rate for the coverage I've needed at the time and they are extremely efficient and never waste time and if it's something that can be handled over the phone or online they always give me that option if I don't have time to make it by the office . I have insured 2 motorcycles, 3 atvs, 6 trucks, 1 coupe, 1 sedan and 2 SUVs, so I feel I've definitely put their knowledge to the test and I absolutely love the fact that I know I can depend on them to get me taken care of and to look out for me, even when I forget that my policy needs to be renewed they are on top of it.
