This shop is a joke. I ordered my bridesmaid dress from them in January 2012 for a wedding I will be in in June. When I was in the store I told the woman that measured me (not the owner) the size I normally wear and she told me because of my bust she would order 3 sizes larger to ensure it fit. I kept telling her the size I thought and she kept reassuring me I need the larger one. Upon arrival the dress wouldn’t even stay up on its own, I had to hold it up. I got in touch with Jessica, the owner, and she let me know that she had used the wrong size chart for my dress as well as one of the other girls’ dresses, which was also VERY off. I went up to meet with her to have her recheck my measurements (keep in mind I live close to Castle Rock and the shop is in Ft. Collins) and Jessica proceeded to tell me that they ordered the right size based on my measurements from before and I had lost that much weight since. It is true I had lost some weight- but I lost a max of 7lbs, which does not equate to 5-6 inches needing to be taken off. Never once did she mention using the wrong size chart again even though she had told me as well as the bride this on the phone. She said she could not replace anything because I had lost this much weight, so I had to go get it altered. Just got back from my appointment to get the dress altered and it is costing me an extra $120.00 to have alterations done because of the amount of fabric she must remove. I’ve worked in advertising and know word of mouth is the quickest way to get your name out there- unfortunately for them it seems to be a lot of negative word.

I love this store, and I love the prices!!! I searched for an affordable dress for months before my wedding and couldn't find any dress in price range. When a friend suggested me to go to this store I was a little hesitate, knowing that some of the dresses have already been worn once....but when I got there, the dresses looked brand new, there were designer brands (in my price range!) and it was a small, family owned business that gave me one on one attention. I got my dress there and even rented our tuxes from there.

I LOVE MY DRESS...I highly suggest you try this place!!
