Ryan and his crew did an exceptional job! We did a full renovation on our house in Commerce City and ended up replacing all our HVAC ducting and replacing our furnace with a high efficiency unit. Ryan came out and gave us a very competitive quote that was professional and comprehensive. The crew that completed the project was efficient, polite and knowledgeable. We worked with over 7 different contractors during the project and BCIT mechanical stood out above the rest with the best value, service and workmanship.

It was one of the coldest days this winter. The heater turn on and made a grinding noise. I call BCIT Mechanical within one hour the technician was at are home. He went to the heater unit and just by listening he knew want the problem was. Less the one hour later the heater was running like new. The technician was very knowledgeable and very friendly. GREAT SERVICE!!!

We were in desperate need of help, as our heating unit wasn’t heating certain areas of the house and not others, and our bills were incredibly high compared to our neighbors. We called BCIT Mechanical, and they not only fixed the heating issue. But they did it without replacing our unit. We added a few supply vents in various locations, put some more attic insulation in, and cleaned our ducts with a nice fresh aroma to the air now, we will definitely be calling BCIT again for all our needs.
