My contact with the Kellison Corp. has been through Olivia Herrman and my experiences have not been good.I just today (Oct. 3, 2017) I called to follow-up on an email exchange I had with Olivia about maintenance of the rain gutters and downspouts on our building.Olivia responded to my request by emailing that such maintenance was "On the schedule for this season". It is the exact same response I've received about other issues. When I called Olivia I noted her response and asked her the dates of "this season". Her response was...."before it snows." I asked....."So you know when we're going to get our first snow??" She tried to tell me that the work would get done but that whoever did such work was "behind schedule". Again...that's the exact same response I got when requesting other work to be done. When I tried once again to get a straight answer, she suggested in a less than professional way that I should just run the HOA myself.....shouted that...."I'm not having this conversation and hung up on me...!!This HOA is unprofessional and acts as if they could not care less about performing the duties for which I pay them.STAY AWAY FROM PROPERTIES MANAGED BY KELLISON. THEY ARE BAD NEWS.
If you are trying to select a company to manage your Condo or Home Owners Association - DO NOT go with this company! David Pond the Owner is so rude and so unprofessional. This is an email response i received back from him:"What you are not paying for, is patio home service for what is now your front yard. People pay upwards of $250 per month for those kinds of services. You pay $275 once per year. We are not going to keep the grass outside of your fence green and lush at all times. We had to adjust the sprinkler system as it is in order to accommodate your fence. The only way to keep the grass green next to your fence would be spraying your fence with water constantly and then you would complain that we are destroying your fence. If you want that grass next to your fence on the side and the back towards the alley green, you are going to have to water it manually.I would appreciate it if you would stop all the hysterical complaining about the HOA and what services it should be providing you. You pay next to nothing for HOA dues and you demand meetings and walk thrus and chase down landscape employees assuming that you are being treated unfairly. You are not. You chose to have some general common area grass as your front yard so that is not our problem. We are not going to treat your home like a patio home. The other two homes in the neighborhood that pay this nominal fee have their own yards and have never once demanded audiences with the board or the landscape vendor, or with the management company. This board did nothing but work in good faith with the previous owners to upgrade this house and since you have moved in, we have heard nothing but complaints. Do not ever again approach members of the landscape vendors team and tell them anything. You are not allowed to communicate directly with the landscape vendor or their employees."
