NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! BUYER BEWARE!!! SALESMAN HUNG UP ON ME. FOUND OUT IM NOT THE FIRST CUSTOMER HERE TO HAVE THAT HAPPEN TO. ITS A SHAME, DECENT SPAS, BUT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WARRANTY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!
New Hot Tub, 30 days later after leak from day one and no service, picture is from today! Called other company to finally come out. BUYER BEWARE!
very nice people would give them a 5 star rating. but overall would never have bought from them if we had known in advance what we know now... we went over a month ago and bought a spa, it was to be our anniversary gift to each other. they told us they were 4 weeks out on installs so we looked at it and it was perfect we would have it in time to celebrate our anniversary. we got a call on monday from the install people and they told us what screens they had and that they were on schedule and that they would be here 9am on friday as promised. now today tues we get a call saying that our tub was not loaded on the truck and that they dont have it and it would be monday before we get installed because the trucks come in on sun. well if the truck came in sun and monday we were told we were good to go and on tues we magically dont have a tub wtf kind of service is this?????? someone is lying and i wouldnt recommend this store to my enemies... just horrible experience and a ruined anniversary cant fix that and cant get it back.
I wrote a bad review for Aqua spas yesterday. Today it is gone. I'm going to try again. I received a phone call an hour before the repairman was due to fix our spa saying that they had to cancel because of the weather. It had snowed the night before and was cold but in no way was it too cold to keep an appointment that I'd already waited a week for. He told me I would have to call next week and reschedule! I replied that I didn't think that wasn't acceptable and he told me, in a a loud voice, that if I didn't like it to feel free to find someone else and HUNG UP ON ME!!!! My husband called the manager who really didn't seem to really care very much one way or another....so we will never spend another $$$ at Aqua Spas again.
I am shocked. The Mountain Mist in the FORT COLLINS is officially #1 on my list of the worst service I have experience in my life.They put a "compatible" PC board in my hot tub which failed multiple times upon the instal. Somehow they made it work but now I have another failing board. Because I am past the warrantee they feel that they are not responsible at all. On top of putting the wrong part in they didn't replace all the burnt wires from the previous fails.Balboa Systems themselves even told me that board wasn't compatible with my system and the burnt wires should have been replaced.To make things even better the service manager got into an childish argument with me asking me if I was now a certified tech because I was telling him it was the wrong part.In the end he simply hung up on me. They are Completely disgusting and I hope this gets read by future customers so they don't have to deal with such a poorly run company.This is in no way an attach on Mountain Mist Longmont. They have been nothing but kind and reliable.
