Kerry the short haired red-headed manager doesn't know the first thing about managing customers or employees!!! She put poor C******** on the register who was completely incapable of putting an order in correctly much less during rush hour. I was given a receipt with my number on it when apparently I should have been give a table number. Kerry went around saying "6" when my the only number I was given was "359." Upon seeing that the order looked like mine, I asked her twice what the order was and she ignored me because I was standing at the counter looking for my order instead of sitting at a table. After she refused in her self-righteousness to acknowledge my question, I asked the runner what the order was and she told me #6 or #359. Of course then Kerry came up and apologized with an insincere "sorry." Now after looking at all the other reviews online, none of this should have been a surprise. Apparently these guys are not affiliated with the other McD's in town.
The short of it: Went to Wendy's today for a quick snack with my young children...In the drive through I had two cars ahead of me. I had almost an hour wait, and despite me remaining completely calm through the frustration of the service I was cussed at (using the f word twice) by the staff, blamed for their poor service, and had 6 mistakes made on my 6 item order.
HORRIBLE PLACE! beware the staff is CRAZY. Went to the drive up for breakfast- the lady yelled at me, telling me that they did not have more than 1/2 of what I ordered. Then told me to go to McDonalds! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE- IT IS A NUTHOUSE!
The food is good, the ice cream is better, & the cheese curds are to die for!
