        If I could give 0 stars, I def...

        If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. I've had 2 vehicles that I've brought here for work, the first vehicle I spent well over $3,000 there & almost everything that they had claimed to have replaced was NOT replaced at all. The vehicle that I just picked up TODAY, has been there 2 times, one to replace something & the second time to ACTUALLY replace it because of course, it wasn't even done the first time. AND THEN, come to find out, they didn't even have the right thing on the receipt to replace. We asked them the first time to replace the tire pressure sensors, and they put it down for the "kit" which is not what i asked for AT ALL. And then this time, after I gave them a piece of my mind, they said that the sensors were $100 a piece, when I said in the begin that that was what needed to be done, they completely ignored me and just did what THEY wanted to do which is NOT good customer service. In any business, your customers should be your priority, they keep your business running, therefore you should treat them well to keep them coming back to you! But here, that's obviously not the case, they will rob you of you time, money, and energy & not even blink an eye. As far as I'm concerned, I will NEVER go there, nor will anyone I know. Hopefully other people read this review and will turn to another auto shop.
