I received a phone call one hour prior to my schedule appointment to cancel since they did not accept my insurance despite taking all my information 1 week prior while scheduling the appointment. This is organization is a testament to the fractured nature of our mental health care industry.
A lifelong battle with fear, anxiety, and depression, full of prescription medications that simply treat the symptoms, led me to search for help.I w…
I came here when my life was just falling apart. I was giving an appointment the same day I first called them. I was seen for my intake and was set up with Andrew Green. He is wonderful! He has helped me find my old self again and I am forever grateful for his help. He is kind and always made me feel that I can tell him anything without feeling embarrassed or ashamed. I have been seeing him for the past 7 months and I would recommend him to anyone, no matter what your needs to seek therapy may be. The office staff has been wonderful and very helpful since my first phone call. They are in a good location and the office is very clean and very comfortable.
This was the WORST referral I ever received! I will say my therapist Jamie Barry was pretty good however, my sessions were always less than 60 mins unlike other therapists. Which i dealt with, however, when I experienced an accident that landed me in the ER with a concussion a couple days before my appointment, even with a doctors note from another colleague and concussion therapist in the area; because I didn't cancel within 48 hours I was charged $50.00! Mind you I called as soon as I could get my bearings, the early morning of. I spoke with Patti, who assured me she would speak with Dr. Granato. Whom by the way had a complete negative attitude during my intake (first impression). After bringing the note personally, explaining I wasn't even allowed to drive and was ordered by physician to miss one week of work she had the audacity to send me a bill for $50.00! Now call me crazy, but isn't an establishment such as this one supposed to help people? If Dr. Granato is so worried about her $50 maybe its because she charged multiple patients the same way and lost them and is now losing more patients as a result of her "compassionate care." I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. I need to see a therapist just because of this place! DON'T GO HERE!
