I have been renting vehicles from this location for the last six years. The service is always very pleasant, patient and professional at all times. I’ve never met so may pleasant young men and women. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate all their customers always with a smile and kind voice. First Class Rating Absolutely. If I could rate a 6 for this Enterprise car rental branch I would without a doubt. The Enterprise representatives I have had the pleasure to do business with include Branch Manager Ryan, Jonathan, Marco, and Nora and they are all outstanding professionals who by far have bent over backwards for the customer. This is the ONLY branch I will rent from when I need a car in the Forest Park area. Because of this great service when I travel my first choice is always Enterprise. A simple pleasure and that what renting a car should be all about.
