Shame on ups. I have a package somewhere out for delivery since 12/14. I went to Forest Park to pick up my package and was told it was still on the trailer. Now mind you the package prior to 12/24 has been out for delivery four times 12/14 12/15, 12/16, 12/18.On 12/24 while waiting for them to search for my item 25 or more people came in and was told the same thing "we are sorry but we can't find it, it will be delivered on the 26th." Finally a lady came from the back and told them to stop telling people their package will be delivered on the 26th, she said tell them the truth we don't know when they will get their package. Once again shame on UPS for their NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. And needless to say cooperate got a ear full
I shipped a package from Wilmington, NC to my parents in Conyers, GA on 12/11/17. It still has not arrived. It is now 12/20/17 with less than a week before Christmas. I am heart-broken!!! This package has handmade Christmas presents in it so it can not be replicated or reordered! I will never use UPS again ever!
My 95 year old grandmother waited by her door ALL day long for a package that was out on a truck. The driver was tired and went back to the station without delivery. You suck UPS
My package has been put on the truck 4 different times for delivery and 4 times it's a no show. Pathetic. Bunch of incompetent people work there.
Below is my tracking info. I was suppose to get my package Thursday. System said it was on truck for delivery on Wednesday. No show on Wednesday. Then a no show on Thursday either. The state the reason was weather or natural disaster. So I call the 800 number got the India people who read a script and do understand it is no bad weather currently in Georgia. So I call the office in Forrest Park, GA on Monday morning. Spoke a Tiffany she state that my package is now on a truck to be delivered. I ask her to please verify. She state she would and to check back in 20 mins. So I gave her 3 hours. Now they are saying it is not on a truck. So I ask can you find my package I will pick it up. Still being very nice. She still would not admit they lost my package from Amazon. I advise can you please look and call me back. Before she go off the phone she ask me not to come up there and raise hell. I ask her have I said anything out place since we been talking. She said no. I said if yall communicate people and tell people the truth people would not raise hell. She agreed. It has now been over 2 hours and have not heard from her. Now I am going to raise hell. It is so easy to apologize and say we can not find your package. But they will not communicate or be honest. It is no bad weather in GA or any natural diaster. That is how UPS push you to the side. AMAZON should stop using them. Amazon has great customer service. But with this UPS center and their lies. They will lose a lot of money. Because they simply do not care. Below is my tracking. Show it should have been delivered Wednesday. It is Monday of the next week and nothing. They do not care. Amazon. Please watch out. They are going to drop you rating..
All I can say is shame on you all at UPS! This is the SECOND time I had to order and the original item had to send it back to Amazon and I had to re-order the same item from the first one and again this package has been delay! At this time I want MY package RIGHT NOW! Otherwise you will be reported by UPS corporate office and BBB to file complaint!
I been trying to get my package every sent my Ins. Mailed it out over night, on NOVEMBER 30, AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. NOW UNDERSTAND IT IS MY MEDICINE AND WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OUT MONDAY, THEY CHANCE TOO TUESDAY AND TIL WEDNESDAY THURSDAY, FRIDAY AND STILL DONOT HAVE IT. AND I TOLD THEM IT WAS MY MEDICINE. BUT WHAT GOOD DID IT DO. I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. NOW THEY CLOSED I CAN'T GO AND PICK IT UP. VERY POOR SERVICE. MY NAME IS ELOISE GRESHAM AND I WOULD LIKE TO PICK UP MY MEDICINE AS SOON AS Y'ALL OPEN. BECAUSE NOW ITS GOING TO BE ANOTHER DELAY BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER. BUT THE WEATHER WAS NOT BAD WHEN MY PACKAGE SUPPORTED TO BE DELIVERED! !!
They absolutely suck at this UPS Location and no one cares. With all of these complaints and they are still getting worse. This is what happens you leave too many SPOOKS in charge. The drivers are only part responsible.
Had a replacement phone shipped overnight express. Was expected to receive my phone the next day based on shipping history. Once it reached this location, it was noted as being placed on the truck. The driver never delivered my phone. They said they will come back out and deliver it 3 days later.
SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN!!! Horrible customer service and delivery service. The employees are just awful
