YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. What types of service do real estate agents provide?

Agents provide a wide range of services that can help you make a speedy and profitable real estate transaction. Real estate agents can assist sellers with marketing their homes, and this includes things like coordinating open houses and scheduling photography that presents the home in an appealing manner on real estate websites. Agents can assist both buyers and sellers with all aspects of the negotiation process, with the aim of helping to maximize profits on the transaction. Finally, agents can also support both property managers and tenants with property rental.

How long does it take to become a real estate agent?

It's possible to get the licensing you need to become a real estate agent in just a few weeks. Some states require you to take pre-licensing coursework, and this can range from 45-75 hours or more. If you choose to train for licensing at a real estate school, the educational requirements can usually be met in four to six months. Online real estate schools are also available, and these allow students to proceed at their own pace. At an online school, a motivated student can complete the coursework necessary for licensing in a few short weeks.

What is the difference between a real estate agent and a broker?

There are key differences between a real estate agent and a broker. A broker is typically an owner of a firm or franchise, and these professionals handle such tasks as setting up earnest-money accounts and approving final contracts. To become a real estate agent, you'll need to prepare for and pass a licensing exam. Pre-license education hours may be required, and the exact amount varies from state to state. Once you've passed the exam, the next step is to connect with a real estate broker. Agents act on behalf of a broker, and are not allowed to handle real estate transactions independently. The broker will assist in completing the final paperwork that will allow you to manage real estate transactions in your state. Some states require a broker to sponsor an agent prior to the agent's licensing exam.

A real estate agent is a professional who represents clients who are purchasing, selling, renting, or leasing property. Real estate agents need to be licensed in order to practice. My husband and I love working with Bruce & Gina. We bought our first home with them almost 5 years ago, and just sold that same house just a month ago with them. They were very helpful, very patient (with me) and very knowledgeable. If they were licensed in Wisconsin we would be using them for our 2nd home.

I must say Bruce and Gina are very professional. They care about their clients. They are always attentive. We now purchasing a home again and they were always ready to look for homes. They answered all our questions, making this experience smooth. I was never left in the dark. If I did not understand the paperwork I sent a quick emailed and received a response. I would definitely recommend these 2.

Horrible rude cashier. Asked if they could get another cashier because of the long lines and I was treated very rudely. Asked nicely if I could talk to a manager and I was accused of yelling at the cashier. Yeah right! Shopped here for over 25 years will not go back again. Looking at the other reviews management must think this is a standard practice to treat their customers this way. Shame on you Cub!

Bruce helped me with buying my first home in 2006, at that time he came highly recommended. When it was time to sell and get a larger home, I called Bruce immediately. I would highly recommend Bruce and his team to anyone.

We had a great experience working with Bruce and the Lindholm group. We definitely had issues along the way that they were able to work out without a problem. They were also very good at calming our nerves when issues did come up. We found their experience really helpful in making suggestions to us, and with Bruce and Gina's experience remodeling homes, they were able to give us important information about costs to redo things, or suggestions that would help. Communication was never a problem. They were easily accessible for questions. I can't say enough good things about them. It was a truly positive experience from day one working with them.

Always a pleasure to work with, Lindholm Group lets you know that you have someone on your side looking out for your best interests. They go above and beyond what is expected, while maintaining professionalism and friendliness rarely found today. I've purchased and sold a home using their services and would do it again without hesitation.

So for Thanksgiving of 2016 we order a thanksgiving dinner through the Forest Lake Cub foods. What a horrible experience we had the turkey was burnt so we couldn't get into that. The gravy was like water, everything had drained into my daughters truck do to the way they packed everything. We called and complained about it and they said they would make it right. This is how they made it right remember we paid $80.00 for this and they only sent us a $25.00 Cub gift certificate. I'm thinking about placing an ad with the paper as well as all online that I can. How else can they ruin a holiday. What a shame we will no longer shop at a cub foods store.

          Rude evening/night worker

Accidentally bought the wrong item and brought it back to exchange it and the clerk was rude and told me she had throw it away and "that was a shame". I know they "supposedly" throw it away, but I'm sure she will take it home. For gosh sakes I'm human, and I didn't return it I bought a more expensive item
