        I called for a quote over the ...

        I called for a quote over the phone twice and talked with 2 different sales people, communicating the very same factual details of the job. We were given two quotes that were very close in relation to each other. When we showed up to drop off the work, the quote suddenly was twice the original size, despite the fact that not a single thing was different from what was communicated by phone. I will never consider using this outfit again.
