We hired them to handle our tenants rent and maintenance. They have gone above and beyond and turns out to be more than just a regular management company. They're professional and know what they're doing.
Very good, very professonal. I have been with this company for my property in Manhattan for over 3 years. We looked at several NYC property management companies and decided on them because we were referred and told they were good with tenants and issues with rent collection. Turns out everyone is right. Exceptional company.
I hired Blue Harbour a few years back. They have been managing a few buildings for us and they are some of the best people to work with. Great communication and I don't have to take time off of my day to worry about our investments. Overall great company.
Terrible! Just terrible! They don't call back when you leave a message. When you do get them on the phone they hurry and rush you off making you feeling like they not even really listening nor will attend to your needs. Pointless to even talk to them on the phone because on week they will day one thing then next week another so best bet is to record convos or use email as documentation. They do nothing for the apartments because they don't want to spend money. No matter how long you been living there they don't accommodate for ANYTHING!

Worst people ive ever dealt with. The guys that they hire for locks and cameras are even worse. I think none of them know what they are doing especially the rude old man owner. They dont finish jobs on time. the workers are all unprofessional sorry to say morons.
Fanny is really polite when answering the phone and held all the answers regarding any type of legal services I needed. I also called back numerous times and she always made sure to get all information that I needed regarding management of a condominium. She returned all missed calls from me, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I recommend this company due to their responsiveness and eagerness to get objectives done.
Yelena (Helen) Makarova, 917 568 9645, is the nastiest and most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with. She works based off of her emotion, and emotionally she is a miserable person, as is the work experience with her. She is money hungry and a fraud. Refuses to disclose required information and yells like a child with a temper tantrum when pressed for this information. DO NOT WORK WITH YELENA (HELEN) Makarova.
We've wanted to request for a parking space for my father who has polio and is currently driving a modified car with a hand control system. The winters has been harsh and is very difficult for him to get from our apartment and his random parking spots. We called just management for the procedure to request a parking space when we first moved in 3 years ago. We were told to send them a written letter to request a parking space to the address they provided. We did exactly that and followed up a week later confirming they received it. We've checking on the list of people who requested a parking spot in the laundry room every time we went down to do laundry but never saw my father's name so I've called just management and they said my dad was on the list but was at # 30 something and told us not to worry.A year past and my dad's name still does not show up and we saw that the listed was numbered up to the 30s. I've called the company again and they told us that they changed the procedure for requesting a parking spot. We needed to talk to the board and provided me with an email.I email the lady in the board and half way through our email exchange, she stop replying back. Other people who have requested a parking spot around the time we moved in already got their parking spot. I feel like this company has such poor communication with the people who works there. Not to mention they do not forward the flood insurances and such every time they expire or update to our bank. We always need to spend a couple of days every year to do this. It's extremely frustrating how incompetent they are.
Absolutely awful. Rude, unprofessional and sneaky to the point of being unethical. Run the other way...they are beyond bad.
