We bought a 2010 R57 Mini Cooper S with really low miles and had no major issues. Price was right and the financing was okay. Only wish they took cards or used a pay app like Venmo to make payments easier. Cash only is a difference for those that traditionally use standard financing.
What a runaround. False advertising, they had me make three trips to their dealership and they turned me down three times,, they advertised bad credit, poor credit, no credit, slow payment, repo no problem. I brought cash down. And each time I was sent home empty handed, then they to come back, that they would do it, but each time they changed their minds and said no.What dishonest dealership, don't waste your time. I did ,time and money, and gas .You try to buy local and this is what you get. Lies deceit and false advertising. Now I rather drive 100 miles than buy it from forest city Honda. Three trips there and back what a very big deception. I am disabled and wanted a fair deal, instead I was deceived each time. They should be sued for false statements in advertising.
Would not buy a car from them if they were the only dealer within 1000 miles. My mother thought since we had bought several cars from the local Honda dealer and the fact that she had worked hard to maintain an excellent credit rating, she would be safe to assume she would be treated fairly. Instead they sell her a car with hail damage on the roof. When she took it back and complained they let her exchange for another car and explain to her that she wouldn't be charged. However, the 2013 Ford Escape my mother purchased ended up costing her almost $23000 which was more than the car cost when it was new.
They are great people who will work with you and are very nice I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car
*BUYERS BEWARE*What happen to taking care of the customer? They Sold us a LEMON and they know it. We purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass in April 2016. We have been back and forth to Forest City Honda for the last 2 months with problems with the brakes. So everyday that we have been off work we are at the dealership trying to have the problem fixed. They even had it sent to a Jeep dealership in Shelby. Still the Jeep did not get fixed. No one knows what the problem is. So we have a defective jeep. We call and speak with a sales manager and then the owner. We were instructed by the owner of the dealership to bring the jeep back. He said he would take care of us. Well after working with them for 7+ hours . They instead try to rip us off. By offering a little over half of what we paid. We only had the Jeep for a little over 2 months now. It just shows what kinda of people they truly are. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from FOREST CITY HONDA.
Just bought my 3rd car from them (still have all ) great people and great cars. If I want a GREAT car go see them. I've had NO PROBLEMS with my cars
Do not go here they are terrible people all of them and will take all your money and leave you with nothing
Customer care is ok a at the same time do your research before you buy anything.
First thing: They changed my tires when the truck was new (200) miles. In the process they ruined all 4 aluminum wheels by clamping the tire changer on the outside of the rim. Second: they didn't tighten the lugs properly and the lug studs broke on the way to Alabama. So now I'm stranded 500 miles away from home.
