Had 12000 dollars of repairs done in this shop in November left shop then engine light came back on take truck to a dealer in Florida to find out they didn't perform simple computor updates on my truck after thete work was performed.now I have another 800 00 bill due .after hours of back and forth they said looks like we were at fault on the updates but we are reviewing this..ok after 3hours of my time being wasted I'm pissed..they have no problem taking money out of your pocket but when there at fault get mumble mouthed and rude because they dont want to reimburse you for there mistake...the ladies in service is rude and not customer friendly..won't ever go back to that shop again..

Be careful purchasing from Rush Truck Center. Our company purchased a used International Truck with a power-train extended warranty from them. When we had it towed to them, the service department told us they do not work on International engines! How does a company offer warranty and say they deal with a certain MAKE and NOT BE ABLE TO service it. Buyers beware!
We went to this location for service and AC check after 12 hours basically waiting for oil change and filter changes. They told us our compressor needed replaced which was false, then said our HVAC control panel needed replaced which was also false!! All components were working and AC was cold when we arrived, when we left we had no cold air at all. Also Mike was very rude to us, and we will never return do not go here if you can avoid it!!!
Parts department is always helpful and pricing is great. Their deliveries are reliable and drivers are always courteous. Any and all issues (what few there have been) are always handled swiftly. As a parts purchaser for a company with a moderately sized fleet I am glad we have Inland Kenworth to relay on for all our parts needs. The customer service that we have received from the PARTS DEPT has been great! We have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years now. I have always dealt with Rudy and he is always ready to help. They are always quick to respond to any queries or concerns I might have.
I have personally used Inland Kenworth's Service department and can say that they are Excellent! I have a 2013 T and take it there for regular maintenance and for having a windshield replace as well as some body work when someone backed into my mirror. I have had wonderful service that was beyond just get it in get it out. Tony, and the whole team in service are great, they have always been knowledgeable about my truck and when they say they are going to have my truck ready it is!
checked in noon 12/18/13 was told to come back 12/19/13 @ 6 am would get us in rite away not the case sat till 2pm for an oil change.. come on.
