Courtyard Senior Apartments

Staff is incompetent. Never f/thru w/o personal appearance or mgmt. 30+ days out no security refund.

The place is full roaches and small children even though the sign out front clearly states "55+ HOUSING". The lease agreement states NO CHILDREN LIVING HERE but Jackie and Jessica still rent to families without senior citizens and even though no one in the apartment is 55 years. If you go to the office, the 2 women are rude to you if you can them to speak to you. The residents are robbed, by someone with a master key, and they allow people into your apartment without notice. The fire alarms are always going off, and we have unseedy characters everywhere.
