        Awesome place for kids to train and keep their minds occupied. Very family oriented class. Also great place for (us) adults to get in shape and learn some new skills.

        A great place to train. At 53 and out of shape with type 2 diabetes.

        I sign up for 1 month, after the first class I was hooked.

        Master Frank`s school motto is, Do your Best and forget the Rest

        Will help Keep you motivated to never stop trying.
