Was told they had parts I needed. When I went in they did not have the part I needed at the price I was told. Which was no big deal I bought parts anyways. When I called to to buy more parts for same car I was placed on hold. When the call was picked up I was told to call back when I have time to talk and before I could reply the call was ended. I called back because there must have been some type of miss understanding. Maybe he muted phone and started talking idk. I call back and I asked why he hanged up the phone then I was told not to call them if I am looking for the parts at a better price. I asked what do you mean and the person said he heard me calling another store. What he heard was my counter man talking to customer informing him of the additional parts required. I informed him of what he heard And the attitude became worse. I was told he is to busy to be answering the phone if I am not going to be buying parts. I told him I was just in the store and purchased parts for two separate cars. He told me to hurry up and tell him what I want because he is going to hang up. They have just lost a customer and my only regret is that I have referred people to them.

Most honest mechanic ever!My husband thought his transmission was going out. He wanted to just buy one and put it in. No such luck on finding one. He called JR and he was very doubtful it was the trans. Said it sounded like the u joints. We bought u joints put them and VOILA no more problems. All this over the phone. I can't say how thankful I am for JR and his honesty! He saved us A LOT of money!If you ever need and honest mechanic American Transmission Exchange is the place to go!

THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP HERE ON PLANET EARTHJust as I thought, If they would cheat me on the keys, there is nothing they wouldn't cheat me on.1. The salesman failed to disclose the vehicle only had one key and it's $350.00 for another key.2. Jermaine Brooks, lied several times, when he stated over and over that I had to agree to arbitration.3. I told Paul, the Service Manger, not to wash the car, then they washed the car.4. Leon Danayan, was caught displaying negative behaviors with his dirty looks.5. They told me the part was in, when the part wasn't in.6. Rick Del Rosario, tried to intimidate and manipulate me with his unscrupulous behavior.7. They didn't have the common decency to apologize for wasting my time driving a 100 miles.8. Paul Hayley, the service manager, failed to be professional when he refused to return my call.9. Now, when I drive my car the dash rattles because they did not install the lens correctly.I take my car in to be fixed and I am told lie after lie, disrespected, insulted, and rather than fixing the car, they damage it. So, I leave with my car in worse shape than when I arrived. What a joke. I wouldn't let these people put air in bicycle tire.Truly, the employees at Fontana Nissan have not been fair and honest and they have failed miserably to conduct themselves in a professional manner. They have constantly failed to meet the minimum requirement of a human being - it's called common decency. They have proven time after time, they absolutely have no standards and cannot be trusted. This place is completely dysfunctional and totally unprofessional.AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! ! ! !

I bout a very nice 2011 chevy from this place one year ago. Great car no problems. I recommend this place is a good place to find your car. The sales man are really cool.

If I was able to put a zero star rating, that would be a generous rating for this yard. They have no knowledge of their inventory and most of the parts they have are damaged. I called asking for a part and they told me it was perfect. After a 3 hour drive out to the place, I see the part and it is damaged beyond belief. This same exact scenario has happened to me twice. Avoid this place like the plague because it is a complete waste of time.

Poor customer service. I called to get a price on brake pads, got transferred around to 4 different employees and then call was disconnected. I called back and was then told they don't give prices on the phone? Very unfriendly and not at all helpful.

This place is not legit. Had work on my car just to have is break down months after. I took it to a mechanic and was told the part that I bought from this place was used. They told me it was new, when in fact it was a used part. I would be careful before purchasing anything from this place. Purchase at your own risk.

I highly recommend R&B Auto Center...this place is awesome!! Allen helped us with our car purchase and was so friendly, knowledgeable and just an all around great guy. They aren't pushy at all, like other dealerships and they are super fast. They got us in and out of there in no time! Thanks again to Allen and the whole team at R&B!!

Krista still periodically checks in with us, and it's been 3 months now. We highly recommend R & B Auto Center to everyone we speak to. Specifically Krista Moyer. There is no better in our minds. We look forward to purchasing many more vehicles with R & B and Krista!
