Silica For Your Home

We purchased a refrigerator and a dishwasher from Silica. Before we even went to the store we communicated with Jake through text messaging about certain questions we had and he always replied back quickly and was very helpful. We went and made our purchases, including full delivery. Tom K. came to install the dishwasher and did an awesome job! He fully explained all the different functions, and answered all our questions. He was friendly, polite and accommodating in every way. Two others (sorry, don't remember their names) came by a bit later to install the fridge and they as well were polite and friendly, doing a great job with hooking up ice maker, ect. We have purchased from Silica for years and we keep going back, simply because we feel we always get a great deal, great customer service and they offer great product choices! Couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend!

We purchased a reclining love seat and the experience was so good and the delivery guys were very friendly and did a great job.

Beware if you ever need service. The service department does not communicate with updates. The time between the service call and resolution of the problem is very lengthy.

We awoke sat. morn to find the water heater dead! by 3pm the Silica crew had a new one installed and making hot water, this was their 4th. installation that day! thank you....

we have been going to Silica for years we have bought most of are major Appliances and Electronics there. For the most part they have all been trouble free. When we do have any problems they give us great service.
