Absolutely horrible! Two days in row... called an hour ahead of time for a ride to work for my daughter. Forgot BOTH TIMES! Not just late... FORGOT!
The driver was on time and called when he was near. very nice and professional driver you had at 2:50 today. Called at 2:40 and said he will be there in about 10 mins.
I use like taking this cab over any cab company in town....till they started being late to pick me up even when I’ll make my call 2 or 3 hrs ahead of the me.
It was nice, they took less than 15 min, from the time I called. The vehicle was clean. Overall I had a very pleasant experience
Terrible customer service at its finest! So rude when you call and they take 1 hour everytime just to get you a cab in such a small town!
The dispatcher who just answered my call was drunk!!! WHAT?! Had to tell the drunkard my address three times, as if he didn't believe me the first two times. Then, they don't take card by phone. I dread to think how long I'd have waited if they did. Unbelievable.
Been a weekly customer for 4 yrs..never again tho after the dispatcher Had me waiting for 2.5 hrs lastnight before having to call Als taxi. Really hope Ben fires that idiot.
Called about a hour ago and no one has came and the phone does not work now very pissed off called another cab

Driving down highway 151, a gold Grand Caravan Ben's Budget Cab cuts in front of me in the middle of a snowstorm. I had to lock up my brakes and skid hoping I don't crash into it with my 2 kids in the backseat. Luckily didn't get into an accident. After this maneuver, the driver of the cab drives no faster than 40, I go for a pass expecting at least a look of "oops sorry" but got nothing. Called in to make a complaint and didn't get an apology, just a simple "okay I'll pass it along to the boss." Yeah sure, guy doesn't care. Judging by this experience and the other reviews on the yellowpages page, I'm amazed these guys are even in business.
