Horrible property manager Darena is never available to speak to when called she is in a meeting, at lunch, on the other line and will not call back. I moved out last year leaving on good terms and four months later have not gotten my deposit back nor a breakdown of why. The company also took out an extra rent payment after move out for $2,400. My wife was able to speak to darena she agreed that yes we have a due amount and it will be mailed out to our new address and we have now gone three months with no call back or resolution. When issue is explained to office staff they are very rude and say there is nothing they can do to help. If this is not resolved I am going to be reporting this business to the BBB.
