Like the Fat's in Roseville, this one also has great food and great service. The portions were so generous that several of us took home leftovers.

Great and easy location. The atmosphere is unique and the honey walnut prawns are excellent. All the food is great and we all love to share our favorite dishes

Fantastic for Chinese food. You can order and share with your table. The Honey Walnut Shrimp is absolutely the best!

My family loves this place. Really great about gluten allergy precautions. Kung poa and fat pot are amazing.

Good food and service every time we go. NOT frozen, everything is fresh. How do I know? Well, it not only tastes fresh but I asked to visit the kitchen as I often do in restaurants and they welcomed me. VERY clean and everything FRESH!

Overall

I recently moved here and heard from multiple people not to go so, I avoided it for months. Over the months I couldn't help but notice how busy it always is, so one night I was craving Chinese food and decided to try it.... Food is gross, definitely frozen then heated.

They have their own 'unique takes' on Classic Asian dishes that only makes you think, no wonder no one else makes it that way haha

Bottom line... Bad food (flavor and quality) and overpriced.

AWSOME:)

Me, my husband, and our three kids LOVE this place! They even have lumpia! I think the snobs who have given less than great reviews were looking for the "normal" Americanized crap that is passed off as Asian food in most places. They are not the place to go to if you are looking for lots of cheap food. Every dish I have had at Fat's was worth every cent!

Great Building

OK food, OK service, portions were a bit small and prices were high. I had lunch there with a friend.

Good, not great

My husband and I went to Fats for a little celebration lunch for my birthday. It said on the menu that if your birthday was in january february or march you receive a free entree with the purchase of another and a piece of their famous banana cream pie. The food was good, I liked the lettuce wraps a lot, my husbands broccoli beef was just ok, but felt kind of like P.F. Changs, like upscale chain restaurant food. Our waiter however was HORRIBLE. He just had this attitude problem, and never made eye contact when taking our ordes, like he was bored. He took forever between ordering, getting our food, and our check. We mentioned it was my birthday, he took my ID, and came back 15 mins later with the pie, however when the check came he did not take off one of the entrees. I don't know if I'll be back any time soon.

Overall
Nice but not worth the buck

This restaurant is very nice but the food is not worth the price. My wife and I tried this restaurant on Valentiens day and were not to impressed given the prices. The service was pretty good and the food was also good but I don't think it was really worth 85 dollars. So if you want to impress your spouse by spending a bunch of money on average food and a very nice looking restaurant than this is the place to do it.
