Wrong diagnosis, horrible services, lack of knowledge and I will never allow anyone I know or love come here. Please stay away!!!!
Came here for a workman's compensation claim and it was a fast process. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Wow, I would give them a Zero but I can't. I went to Med 7 having had an ear ache for about 6 days. After the P.A.,not even a Dr., looked in my ear, she supposedly saw nothing and diagnosed me with TMJ. A Dental Issue that really only a Dentists should diagnose (after X rays and further testing). certainly not a P.A., the Dr. she works under did not see me.Med 7 coded the bill as such and sent to my insurance. My insurance said they would not pay because Med 7 is not a dental office and should not be diagnosing dental issues. When I questioned Med 7 they would not change the diagnosis even after it was brought to their attention that NO further testing was done to confirm TMJ and a dentist was not even consulted. Needless to say the pain did not go away. I went to my regular doctor and was diagnosed with swimmers ear and given a prescription that resolved the issue. But, I still had to pay out of pocket for the wrong diagnosis.
So the service provided by the physician assistant was pretty good and helpful. But the administrative staff and especially the manager is horrible.I went in and the Physician Assistant said she would give me antibiotics and to take them if the spray she gave me didn't work for my cough in a week. I get to my pharmacy and see that I wasn't given the anti-biotics. I call back that day and tell the staff that I didn't get the antibiotics and they said they would fill it, and just call back in a week if I need it.So a week goes by and my cough didn't get any better, so I call back to get my antibiotics. The first person on the phone says it's not in my records and I have to come back in. I finally escalate it to the manager, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She would not help me and kept saying that Physician Assistant won't be in for 2 weeks, and said the only thing I could do was come back in and get re-evaluated and pay full price again because they screwed up. She would not even give me a discount or a free consultation, and said it wasn't their fault.This place is run by a manager who is rude, lacks customer service skills, and has major attitude when you talk to her. I would not visit this place again, because of the manager. I wish I got her name so I could post it here, but she was the manager on June 2015.
crowded and dirty, will not go back again.
