Have been thru both the drive thru and gone inside and have received excellent service! Food was fresh and hot and above our expectations. My family and I love this location and will be life long customers! Thanks for the great experiences!

My family and I were on vacation..went through the drive thru Sunday, September 6th, 2015 at 9pm..clearly open and no one would answer. Tried again Monday, September 7th, 2015 at 9:30pm..tried to order 2 sackfuls with no onions, the drive through cashier told us "that's the way they come with onions and they would just have to scrape them off". So I guess no one has ever made a special order before! Seriously!? Lazy, ignorant, rude people.

Horriable service by destinee Bullard. She was rude her hair was nappy and she shouldn't be running drive thru. She rushed me through my orders messed them up and didn't let me finish my purchase. I wanted everything lg I told her and everything came out med. She threw the food through the little window and said as ghetto as can be "bye" not have a nice day thanks for coming just bye and a slam in the face. Like really. That store lost a customer today. Never again. They need to hire classy people not trashy no couth people.

the food is good but the service is horrible. even the manager had a bad attitude. this restaurant needs some serious attention.

Krystal's is always clean. Their prices are a little high but the food and service make it worth it.
