10 yr customer. Bought 1st iphones 10/06/14 promised 4GB at $60 and disconnect on our usb modem. When posted on myverizon website, had 3GB and modem was not disconnected. Dishonest for the next 3 wks. Stuck with 3GB. OK if they would have told us this up front. Disconnect order was not put in until 10/22/14 causing an additional month ($50) charge. Finally got an honest, responsible customer rep in the Tampa call ctr, who made the disconnect immediately and is to put a refund for the rest of the overcharged month on next bill. This is obscene. Never treated so badly at any company. I feel like I was a victim of "bait & switch" Never again the Foley AL store. Be very careful. Get everything in writing before you sign.

No offense to the people who work at this store--they are nice people and provide good service. Their company, however, is a different story. They claim to offer service in Pensacola but if you live in West Pensacola, voice signal is weak most of the time. There is only 3G data service at the beach (generally south of 98, sometimes way south). But C-Spire is very happy to sell you a smart phone with 3G or 4G LTE data capability that they don't have the infrastructure to support. Their customer service department is unresponsive. They only confirm what you already know--"yes, signal strength is low at your address." "Yes, you will have to go outside to make a voice call." Avoid this company--their service is poor and they are expensive. That they do not have a store in Pensacola should be a sign that they do not intend to service Pensacola in a meaningful way.
Great products and great customer service at this office. Rates for customer plans fantastic. Very pleased, except that 3G service should have been fully implemented in nearby Pensacola by now.
I have been a customer for 10 years.. I am not very skilled at the technology available on my Droid... I have always been able to stop in with questions and the staff has always taken time to make sure that I understood everything completely. I know that they are exceptional because as I travel and have questions about using my phone and stop into other Verizon stores, they are helpful but nothing like the Foley Staff. Great Company... Foley... Best store and staff!
