Potential customers looking for a charter transportation company STAY AWAY from Princess Tours Inc. My family had a terrible experience in 2016. We believed the images we saw at their website about their "fleet" of vehicles to be true. LIES! THEY DON'T have ANY VEHICLES Princess Tours Inc. is NOT a transportation charter company THEY ARE BROKERS "middle men" who subcontract charter orders to transportation providers. We contracted a 35 passenger bus with a restroom from NY to Georgia. The driver for our scheduled pick up was 3.5 hours late! Instead of a 9:00pm departure we languished with our luggage and food until 1:00am. Our repeated calls to the main office dispatch went unanswered. Finally when our diver arrived in a filthy local commuter shuttle used to transport weekday commuters from NJ Journal Square to the NY Port Authority terminal. It was NOT what we contracted AND PAID IN FULL for. John Dufor finally answered & said the commuter shuttle was all we could get. Our bus had a faulty transmission. The truth IS our trip was subcontracted without our knowledge to a company with an inadequate vehicle & inexperienced drivers for a 10+ hour trip! The head office made NO EFFORT TO CONTACT US ABOUT THESE CHANGES prior to our scheduled departure. We had a father and son team driving who alternately fell asleep at the wheel. We drifted off the road & into neighboring lanes. Thank God for rumble strips & alert truckers. We HAD NO RESTROOM OR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT. Our luggage & coolers were piled to the ceiling against the rear exit door. Sudden stops & wide turns were dangerous. There was no egress in the event of an ACTUAL EMERGENCY. The antifreeze leaked out completely we sweltered. Hundreds of dollars of food spoiled crushed under luggage, stuffed into cramped overhead racks & soaking in melted ice. We blew a tire in VA & paid for our own repairs! The final insult is they offered us a $1000 credit for a future trip! DO NOT give Princess Tours Inc. your money!
HARRY IS A SCAMMING LIAR. I asked the waitress to take 30 in cash and 10 on a card and she charged it all on the card and just took the cash and when I asked the "OWNER" about it he started to raise his voice and get really close and said he will call the cops on me. Rumor has it they're closing down so maybe that's why they're SCAMMING PEOPLE.
I've been there couple times with my families,it was so good, never dispointed ,we like the terriyaki chicken very much,it was so great.
DO NOT book with Alvin Transit!! The 24th of june me and my mother had booked a bus ticket with Alvin transit (throug travelgo2.net) from miami beach to Orlando and from there to New York. The bus was suppose to leave from miami at 10.00 am so we arrived to the place were it supposed to depart from at 9.am and then we waited. But when the time was 10.20 am and the bus still wasn't there we tried to call the company. We tried to call four different numbers but no anwser! We tried to leave a voice mail but that didint work either. We waited for the bus until 1pm and of course we tried to call the company several times but no anwser !!!!! We paid 240 dollars for a bus that did not show! Been trying to email this company as well but no anwser !! No service at all !! Not sure this even is a real company! they really dont care about there customers !!
Wow! The worst service I have experienced in my entir life!1. Bused was 40 min late.2. when I called to ask what's going on, they hang up on me 3. The bus was run down and the baTheroom was filthy4. The bus stopped every two hours or so 5. No one in the company ,nor the driver spoke clear English or even tryied to explain why we r stoping, for how long, can I get of the bus and use restroom on not.
Had the worst experienceat Moe's Gourmet Food Inc. I parked my car in the frontof the restaurant, went insideand got myself a Chicken andMushroom Pizza, and a Diet Pepsi.I came back in my car and startedeating it. After I was done, I threw out the garbage in the garbagedisposal and started making somecalls. The restaurant owner,I am guessing "Moe" started yellingfrom the door and asking me, "What are you doing?" He exclaimed,"Get off this property, it's onlyfor customers" Then, I exclaimed,"I am a customer, I just bought a Pizza." He asked, "When did youbuy the pizza?" I answered,"20 minutes ago". He exclaimed,"This parking lot is only for 10 to 15 minutes maximum". Then,I looked for the sign that says,10 to 15 minutes maximum, but no sign that reads what he was shoutingabout. Then, I slowly moved out ofthe parking spot because he wascomplaining that his deliverytruck wants my parking spot. I moved out slowly because there wassuch a narrow space; it is easyto come in the parking but hard to get out. The delivery truck was right behind me so that makes itmore harder. Finally, the deliverydriver moved and I slowly got myself out to the street, lookingfor a clear road because thereare ongoing traffic. However,the delivery truck driver kept honking at me so much that I feltlike coming out of the car and yelling at him, but I didn't! That'sthe sad part, that I didn't yell athim. I didn't want to get into anaccident and the delivery truck driver kept on honking until I got out of the parking spot. I thought that was so rude. Overall, the Pizza was good butthe service is horrible. How cananyone be so mean.
