Would have rated a 5 but I waited longer than usual for to-go order. Overall food was absolutely awesome 👏
The cheese fritters are to die for! I also love the fried banana & peanut butter sandwich. I liked the old location better, especially with the drive-through window, but the new one's okay.
Arrived at 1:30 pm. Resteraunt almost empty. Seated at boot in front of bathroom. No white tablecloth here!! No bread for over 30 minutes and when I asked could I have some, only then was I told it was baking. Ordered Monday daily special. Over an hour before it arrived cold. Was told he was making some fresh and it came in 4 minutes!! I am a senior citizen and was alone. Could that have something to do with the way I was treated?? Really hurt my feelings.
Terrible service. There were maybe 10 customers in the restaurant. My husband and I still had to wait almost 15 minutes before being seated. Sad service
This place has terrible customer service. I asked a simple question about an ingredient (that I'm allergic to) and was answered in the most rude, arrogant, condescending tone I've ever encountered from a salesperson. I was treated like I was some kind of moron. Not only was the salesperson/owner rude to me when I asked a question, she was rude the entire time we were in the store. She did not greet us when we walked in and she did not offer to help us find anything. A man came in while we were there and asked about a specific dish. She told him she didn't know if she had it and didn't offer to help him find it either. I posted a complaint on their Facebook page and instead of responding with an apology as any smart business owner would do, they deleted the post. So they don't even have the decency to apologize when they KNOW they've offended someone. People this rude should not deal with the public. If a business owner can't treat a customer with respect, they need to get out of business.
