This restaurant is NASTY. HORRIBLE. I do not recommend as a good place to eat. Purchased a burger for my daughter and a fly was on it.
HAS FLIES IN FOOD!! This is the nastiest restaurant ever. Located in dogwood, surrounded by MANY shopping stores, would make a person think that it is a great restaurant but it is NOT. Please do not stop here. Go anywhere else besides this restaurant. My daughter opened the wrapper to her burger and a fly was sitting on top. The cook wrapped it and I don't understand how he missed the fly. When I went inside employees walking around sweat dripping everywhere and chilling. No one was cleaning. No hair nets. They ALWAYS hand out drinks with the beverage dripping on the outside of the cup. My 8 yr old cried because she LOVES McDonalds but after today they don't want to eat McDonalds ever again. I was refunded but the service is just poor. Food is not at its best. Drinks have after taste. Food Served COLD and with INSECTS. Please run fast ��������♀️������������

I found a fly ? , I'm guessing it's a fly...in my holiday special peppermint hot cocoa December 2 approximately 9:50 PM. I am so disgusted. This weekend, I will be filing a complaint to the MS health dept online. Next I will follow up with a formal complaint in person. Then maybe Facebook, YouTube, WLBT 3 on your side or something like that.This location needs to be shut down. This isn't our 1st bad experience with this location. We sometimes thought , well maybe they are having a bad day. But after months we visit and they are having the longest freaking bad day any one place can have. Just disgusted and fed up......oh yeah "Happy Holidays "......
I have to say management employee and supposably professional jobs these people have the worst attitude I ever seen Jackson and surrounding areas some of the ignorant people I ever met this lady at Crystal was so rude she supposed to be a store manager they was taking so long I said nicely give me what you have available she slammed the door in my face and made me wait the drive-in door then when she got the food she threw it in the bag and threw the bag out to me in the Drive-Thru I almost got out of my car at her try to contact her manager the GM of the store he was too ignorant to call back no response why should I be surprised this is Jackson Mississippi.
I went to this KFC today and had a horrible experience. The staff at the drive through was pleasant. However, we had to wait 15 minutes for our food to be brought out to us. When we got it, both orders were not at all what we ordered. My wife and I were both hungry, tired and just ready to get on with our day, so we said nothing. We sat in the parking lot to eat and when my wife opened the cookie that came with whatever meal we were given it was half eaten. It had obviously been bitten in half. There is no excuse for being treated that way. It's disgusting. Imagine if we had our children in the car and gave that to one of them? No-one should be treated that way...ever. I'm still angry about the experience. Neither of us were rude or impatient or even short with the staff there. There is just no excuse for the treatment we received today.
They are the worst customer service I have ever had. They need to learn how not to roll their eyes when a customer asks for something. That was ridiculous!!
Darren Hanks wouldn't know good customer service if it slapped him in the face. Arby's near the Res treats people with respect. Food is usually cold too.
