Rushing Family Dentistry

HORRIBLE. NEVER GO HERE.

I went last year and it was the worst experience of my life. I was literally the first patient of the day. waited less than 10min to go back; but once I was back in a chair I was there for 1.5 hrs. the whole time listening to the staff talk about their weekends in the next door break room. then I needed a filling so decided I would go ahead and return. BIG MISTAKE. after waiting another 2 hrs on my second apt and watching people come and go while I waited-- a nurse came in with a shot to numb me. I am weird and do NOT get numbed. I had already told the girl this. she just tried to stick it in my mouth. I had to move so she didn't stick me. then when I explained she chewed me out for watching her prepare her stuff and not saying anything. ummm..I didn't know what you were doing over there. then I got my bill.. for 25 years I have never owed a dime due to my insurance but here I owed 183. when I called and asked for an explanation I had DR RUSHING get on the phone and say that if I didn't pay what she said I owed she would send me to court the next day. needless to say I will never return.
