he did a great job but when it came to repairs I have never been to talked to so rude in my entire life. He wouldn't come out my heater wasn't working and it was 52 in my house I was just getting over pneumonia I had to beg him and he said if he got the chance maybe he'd swing by. Then he called and said he came by and the pipes outside felt hot so I must be lying that doesn't even make any sense and we were home and never saw him or his truck this heater didn't work right from day one the first year we used it and it was only 4 months old we had to call. Then in the spring came home and there was water pouring into my laundry room from the pipes in the ac I called and the wanted a 125.00 + to repair it I told the repair man please call your boss I don't have any money right this minute and I had gotten him many jobs including my neighbor across the street who wasn't sure whether to use him or not. I am not a mooch or a user but they made me feel so terrible that day.

Stefan Mechanical was a pleasure to do business with. I qualified for the JacksonEMC energy loan and literally called over 10 different contractors. Stefan Mechanical was very professional over the phone and in person. We were able to work out a date for installation and they were in and out in 1 day! My wife and children had a wonderful experience as Stefan's employees were professional and kind. After everything was said and done, they cleaned up and it was like they were never there! No mess! Truly a wonderful experience and my house is pleasant and cool! Such a relief! I would recommend Stefan Mechanical for your HVAC needs!
