They attacked me and lied even further when I wrote them a bad review on Google. They pull the feel good effect, making you believe they are your buddy. Buyer beware.*Diagnostics*Their diagnostic is a rip off, as other reviewers have said in the past. The charge is two hours of labor. I feel this is dishonest because they didn’t diagnose my issues properly. *Example 1*I took the vehicle to UAC mainly for a cooling issue because the vehicle wasn’t getting up to operating temperature. I purchased a ScanGauge that shows the temperature sensor data before taking the vehicle to UAC and knew that it wasn’t getting over 160 degrees under any conditions. I reported this to them.UAC said that the vehicle was in fact getting up to 210 (it wasn’t, I knew it wasn’t) and “something must be wrong with the gauge”. My ScanGauge reported the temperature readings were too low and I reported that at drop off. The fix? A bad fan clutch—a $75 part. *Example 2*When Ryan and I talked, he explicitly said the T was leaking in the radiator hose line. I opted not to do this repair because I wanted to do it myself to save money. While they were doing my transmission flush/fluid change, the service manager called and claimed that now the coolant was now “pouring out” of the vehicle from this broken T in the radiator hose and “had to be replaced now”. They claimed the individual part wasn’t available from Motorcraft or other sources without purchasing the assembly. This would be fine, but after further investigation by myself, the T was not leaking a single drop. The hose was actually contacting a pulley in the engine compartment, causing the leak. The hose was misrouted. Quote on the hose assembly was “about $200” per service manager. On a hose. Make your own judgements, just beware of my experience with them. I suggest to be careful with ALL shops, as most are in fact trying to rip you off.
These guys, Ryan and Evan and the entire team, are absolutely amazing. As a woman, I worry constantly about getting fleeced by a mechanic, and I have a few times. But Ryan has this way of caring for customers that is simply unparalleled. The first time I brought my Jeep here, his team diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and then went on to go over the entire Jeep and let me know what I was looking at for the future. He talked over with me which issues needed addressing right away, to prevent problems, and which ones could be prioritized a little lower down on the list. He never, ever talks down to me, and always welcomes questions, and his every one of his team is the same. Today I came in for tires and, we talked over whether to keep what I’ve got or look for something newer, because I worry about that, and rather than just give me some concrete opinion and call it case closed, he talked it over with me, person to person. So if you’re looking for a mechanic’s shop, United Auto Care is the one you need.
They falsely reported that my payment was late 30 days( can't legally report you late until you are 30 days past due). They have very shady business practices. I have a loan with them for over 2 1/2 years and was never late, but they still delayed my re-finace request for over a year so they could make more money on their 22% interest rate. RUN IF YOU CAN, YOU ARE BETTER OFF GETTING A LOAN FROM A HIGH INTEREST RATE CC. The lady at the office lies to you on the phone without hesitation. terrible terrible terrible

Wow, the owner, Mr. Todd was wonderful. We had a mechanical devise that broke while getting a car wash. Mr. Todd had it fixed and I was good to go. Great place for good service.
Old Fashioned folks, but with all the high tech know-how. Don't expect a fancy waiting room, but there is a chair or two and a friendly cat to keep you company. They jumped right on the work and got me back on the road in short order. Friendly but businesslike and knowledgeable about anything to do with fixing your car.
I love the pet salon! They do a wonderful job on my pet every time I bring my 4 dogs in. The bather is also very good and my pets are always happy and look and smell wonderful after leaving! Thank you.
Replaced wiper blades a $19 cost then left with damage costing $300 by them breaking the wiper motor transmission wiper bracket. Then tried to cover it up by taping what they broke back together. (took 30 min to do this)When I returned a week later to complain the mgr Michael said that it was already broken by the last person who worked on my car. That was them! He also informed me they alway video all repairs done in the shop but my video they no long had since it was over a week ago when I came in. Michael told me it was beyond his expertise but took it upon himself any way to try to fix it without even consulting or showing me the damage. He retaped it back lke it was before since he couldnt fix it. (45 mins to do this)If my wiper system was damaged or broken before I came into ASAP Car Care then the mechanic would have noticed that right off, stopped and called it to my attiention before doing any work, installing the new wiper blades. If anything to prevent THIS from happening by protecting himself from any blame.Michael the mgr caught it right away so why didn't the asst mgr Edward Hitt when he was replacing my wiper blades? BEWARE !!!
