This company is terrible. They lost the belt to my dress and after I received the dress, it was wrinkled and not clean. They did not actually clean my dress and when I addressed them with the issue, they said they could not clean my dress again for free even though they did a terrible job and on top of that lost the belt to my dress. Very unprofessional and not catering to their customers.
Very good service over many years. So convenient to use for both mailing and dry cleaning. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work.
BE AWARE....COMPLETE SCAM AND EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The female owner simultaneously runs drycleaners, tailoring and a post office. In one of few instances we used her services, SHE GAVE US SOMEBODY ELSE'S CLOTHING. We went back and returned the items. At the time, she was very nice and thanked us. That should have raised a RED flag! However, we thought "Everyone makes mistakes"... So we gave her another chance (when we took some brand new pants for tailoring services). We paid for the pants and when we tried them up at home (with the same shoes we had on at the time of measurements) we realized she had not even hemmed them. We went back to her business, made us wait for more than 45 minutes, asked for our money back and she completely refused. She is absolutely rude, has no business ethics, mistreats her employees and customers, and takes people's monies even when she is fully aware of the damage. If I could give negative stars I would. I had pay for the tailoring services somewhere else Consequently, I lost valuable time and money ($35.00+ dlls). Some other locals shared their nightmare experiences with this lady. BE CAREFUL....HIGH PRICES, ABSOLUTE RUDENESS, AND COMPLETE SCAM!

I called and was quoted a price to clean my wedding dress for my wedding. I brought it in to see how long it would take the owner told me 6 weeks!!! So I decided to try and find a quicker option and they were much higher so I brought it back to prince and the lady didnt recognise me and told dress would be ready in 5 days and the same price I was told 2 times.... so I come back 7 days later became I was never called that it was ready or received a ticket and she charged me $45 more than I was the 3 other times and my dress has a HUGE pull down the middle of my dress!!! She insisted that the dress already had it which was absurd. I will never ever ever return here. Be aware that she will lie and ruin your wedding dress without any remorse.

Absolutely the worse run business EVER. I have talked to the Post Master Thomas Alonza at 972-353-0056 and he has nothing but excuses. Mail is being delivered after 6 p.m. and up till 8p.m. And they strive for 5pm, well that don't happen. Had several lost packages in the past month. Why, he won't assign permanent carriers to the routes...said it cost to much...why should he care when they already loose $1 BILLION each year. It's my tax payer money...just get me my mail. I have even filed complaints with the Postal Service and he STILL won't call me back. What is he so scared of? Maybe, once this gets brought up at the City Council meeting...he will rethink his attitude.Have a problem, then take action. Don't just write a review. That's EXACTLY what I have done.
