Peek's Floor Co.

I would strongly consider manufacturing my own flooring before using Peek’s ever again; what a horrible experience! We used Martha because we were referred her from a family member. Her customer service and communication is without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced. When it was all said and done, she overbid our LVT install by 550 square feet and then wanted me to pay for the restocking fee (25%) and shipping for us to return the unused material. Not only this, but she lied to her boss that she had me confirm her measurement; this in itself should tell you the kind of person you're dealing with. She lied to save face multiple times throughout our transaction. I emailed (since she wouldn't call or text back) describing the mess up and she never responded...even after I sent a follow up email 3 days later. I began talking with her bosses about the potential return it took them a month and a lot of headaches to finally agree to refund the the unused product. What a mess!
