Mangol Strength and Conditioning was recommended to me by a friend. I've tried other trainers before and had been disappointed by cookie cutter routines. Matt Mangol is not the average trainer!! I am so happy I decided to give him try. Time is always one of my biggest obstacles and he has been able to pack so much into a short session. Each workout has been fun, unique and challenging. It has only been a few weeks and I am already seeing results I never thought I could achieve. I would recommend Matt to anyone. He listened to my goals and created a plan just right for me. I'll never go anywhere else again!
I have trained with different people throughout the years, and it has always been boring without much results.
