OMG!! Worst experience trying for a simple upgrade on a family plan ever!! Ended up with an extra line of service and 2 extra phones. The ( male)rep was too focused on running to greet EVERY female entering store so had to restart with us several times. Then refused to correct their mess of my account and was forced to go through corporate office. Took 5 ( fruitless)follow up visits and countless phone calls over 2 weeks to straighten out the mess they made of my account.
2 weeks later and still dealing with after effects on my account. Hoping for the best... Or plan to switch to Verizon...
