PLEASE STAY AWAY!! I had the misfortune of coming in contact with this shop.
My three month old Sony TV (LED 55 inch) broke down and I was referred to them by Sony's customer service as one of their contractors. They were quick to come and take the tv and after waiting for a week I called them to ask for a status, the woman on the line told me that the technician wasnt in and that he wil call me back. It took two weeks before they call me back to and told me that they order a part.

I knew I was dealing with a bunch of A..Holes when the woman answering the phone seemed annoyed everytime I called, she started talking to me with a condescending attitude and even hung up on me. She was even rude to to wife and my wife called. After THREE months I told them that I was picking up my TV (broken and all), and I really wanted to confront this moron that answers the phone, I went to the shopand what a SURPRISE and she wasnt as nasty in person but didnt release my TV until Sony pay them for their "time". Came back a week later and pick up a broken TV, approximately three and half months later I came back home with a BROKEN TV.. SONY later agreed to replace TV with a brand new one after a total of FOUR months without the unit.

ps: I dont usually write reviews but I felt that this shop warranted one to exposed their incompetence!

used Quality today for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised. It was a nice change of pace to have a service tech who was extremely nice, explained everything he was doing, and fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost. I'll definitely use Quality again, and have already recommended him to several people I know who need service. Thank you!

I called yesterday for troubleshoot/repair of a GE refrigerator, the office told me a tech would call back within an hour. He called back 15 minutes later and scheduled for the next day!

He told me between 9 and 12, called to let me know he was on the way by 10, and did a great job. He explained what he was doing, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and left me with a working refrigerator. He told me there was a 90 day warranty on labor and 1 year on the parts. He was also nice to my dog.

I would definitely recommend this local family owned business. GE would have kept me waiting 4 days for an appointment.

Thanksgiving without an oven. Has to be his friends writing reviews because this place is horrible. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They have been to my house numerous times and over a 3 month time span still cant fix my oven. The secretary Heather seems to be annoyed when you call to ask for an update. called numerous times today and went straight to voicemail. Decided to stop by and she was out in front smoking. Guess the nicotine is more important than answering the phone. Called Viking support and they advised using another company. Lesson learned Mike Monroe NY

Seth was just great! He came to repair our refrigerator with less than 24 hours notice. He arrived earlier than expected, have a quick diagnosis of the problem and serviced it in no time. Very pleased with service!!
