Having recently moved to the Orlando area from NJ, I was seeking a reputable Honda dealer for my car service needs. This was my first experience at Holler Honda & it was very positive. My service advisor, Keith Mooty, was wonderful! He was very personable, making me feel welcomed & engaging me in conversation from the minute he assisted me. He updated my record & told me to expect coupons for future visits. I asked about the 10% discount on Wednesdays for Ladies Day. I explained that I would have brought my car in on Wed instead of Tuesday but was worried about the car being at 15% oil life. He kindly extended me the 10% discount which was awesome & totally unexpected! I really appreciated the extra time he spent giving me directions to I-4 without using toll roads! Service was done efficiently - oil change & tire rotation done in less than 45 minutes. Keith reviewed the work that was completed as well as a future need & an approximation of when service for that will be required. I really appreciated everything that Keith did to make my experience at Holler Honda a positive one. The cashier, Kim, was very sweet & helpful, too! I will definitely be back there for future car service needs & look forward to seeing Keith, Kim, & the other staff again!

I know Carlos for two years due to car problems and i cant complain for the jobs that he has perform for me and my friends. People are complaining or critizaising other people for there jobs but not many take the time to give others the credit they deserve for the magnificent job they do. I have been pleased when he does my job and other people jobs and some people dont have the idea how complicated some jobs cant be and i never see him complain; just trying to please others. I have delt with many shops big shops but not even one of them do what he does , he gives me his discount from the auto parts, works with the price for my convinience and shops don't do that " he sells me the parts at his price" I see him performing big jobs like rebuilding engines sending heads to machine shops to repair etc. If you are one of those persons that judge people for some ignorant comment trust this words This person is One of the Best in this field "MECHANIC" and will treat you fair. trust me critics and envy people are every where and he is fallow by those.
Mega Tech is a facility with all of the necessary equipment to get the job finished with superior results. They have a paint booth, high end paint guns and good filtration for the air being used. Instead of 1 guy doing all the work they have different employees for different jobs ie: body man, prep man, painter and buffer. This ensures the job is done efficiently and with expertise in each area. I had a custom car I wrecked in the front. The car had a flame job on it that I no longer wanted, a new hood, front bumper, and side skirts all made with different materials. This poses a challenge to get proper adhesion of the paint. I had them paint the whole car back to factory color from top to bottom, front to back. The car turned out great and met or exceeded my expectations. In this industry there are so many fly by night people and you just don't know who to trust. Mega Tech is a honest business with no secrets to hide. There are very far and few honest car repair shops out there. This one is one of those few. I have a 1993 Mustang that needed transmission service and for the feel, and sound of it, I thought it would be needing a new or rebuilt unit. I had taken it previously to another shop and they hinted at it being a very expensive fix, without even looking at it! The repairs weren’t anywhere as bad as I thought and the price was much, much better than what I had in mind (around $300 and change to a possible $1,500 or more elsewhere). The staff is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of their trade. They are a bilingual speaking shop (Spanish), so that’s a plus. They are a bit outside the Orlando area towards Bithlo on HWY 50, but trust me it is worth the trip there. All their work is guaranteed for at least two years so you’ll have peace of mind with whatever work you happen get done there. Two thumbs up to this shop!
I purchased a new Honda CRV late September and Denny found exactly the vehicle that I wanted. I had done quite a bit of research on the internet for pricing, trade-in, etc. and I paid close to what I expected. The finance person doesn't budge on price one little bit, but did give me a good trade-in price, so it balanced out. And their price is on the sticker already discounted. It took me several weeks to decide what I wanted and during that time I had some minor surgery. I was impressed that Denny called me at home to see how I was doing. He didn't pressure me at all about buying. Unfortunately, I called the dealership with a question about the tire pressure light and found that Denny is no longer there. He was the best, so I can only hope that my future dealings with this company are equal. They should read this and get him back! So far I would go back to purchase from there again, but time will tell!
Ok so, I hate to write a review so soon after a repair but so far so good. Just wanted to give Bob a shout and say thank you for such good service. I have brought my car in several times for repairs to Q.T. and I have found the prices and service to be outstanding. I have a 2005 Hyundai with over 130k miles on it. Even though the car was not delivered with the fastest turn around, I was given a discounted rate for my inconvenience and that was on top of a great price to begin with. I am very pleased with this shop and it is nice to have a repair shop with a focus on the customer so close by. Thanks Bob from CT I appreciate your flexibility and patience...glad to have you in the neighborhood! PS if my car breaks down in the next 48 hours I will be calling you because I know that sometimes things are too good to be true. Great work so far though! :D
This machine shop is the BEST!! JIM was my hero yesterday, Saturday. My brother came to Florida from NC to put on my blown head gasket. It took 1 1/2 days to pull the head. It was Sat. at 4:30p. m. and I needed to get the head surfaced because my brother had to leave the next day for a job in Ga. Jim stayed open late, did a beautiful and professional job and furthermore did not gouge us with an extremely high price due to our situation. I am raving about this business and their customer service. I have told my local auto parts store about my great experience as well as anyone else that will listen. This a complement to Carlos for the great job that he perform at my vehicle. I drive a 1998 chevy malibu and I went to Advance Auto at Oak ridge ave and this mechanic M&M mobile rush him self to me and check my car and told me that my problem was a freez plug that broke and it was going to cost me $400.00 to repair it. Then a couple of day I went to the same store and I explain my situation to the guys in the store and they give information about carlos and I took my car to him and he check it and show me the problem with my car ping point me what was my car problem and he only charge me $60.00 with the part included. what a diference and he save me a lot of money. Give him a call very honest guy not like others they only trying to get rich from poor people like me.
Part of the experience was great while other parts slacked. I wouldn’t recommend going there to buy a vehicle unless you’re the kind of person who really does your homework first. The salesperson didn’t seem very knowledgeable at all. I knew what I wanted before I walked through the door, so luckily I didn’t have to ask many questions about the vehicle itself. You’ll have to pull at them a bit on price, but that’s to be expected from any dealership. They will work with you though, and by the end, I ended up getting a good deal on my vehicle. After the sale was finalized, working with Marc, the finance manager, was the highlight of the experience. There’s a gentleman who knows customer service! He alone turned a mediocre experience into a good experience.
You really dont get the opportunity to see great customer service unless something goes wrong. I had my civic in for a/c working intermitantly. It wasnt fixed right the first time (easy to miss with an intermitant problem) but I was made to feel important and respected and appreciated when I brought it back to fix it the second time. Holler is a quality establishment who appreciates their customers! You have made a loyal customer out of me! Every last detail impressed me. They greeted me at my car when I arrived every time. They returned my rental for me. They called every day with updates on the status of the vehicle... this was a tough one! They replaced many components of the A/C system before finding the issue and I feel I was billed correctly!
