I signed in online to keep from waiting. They confirmed my appt in a text but 30 minutes later I got a text they were running behind and my appt would be around 3:48 instead of the 2:30 originally scheduled for. Well upon arriving after waiting two hours from my scheduled time and not being seen I walked out. The receptionist did not bat an eye when I said my two hour wait was entirely unacceptable with a practice that texted you a designated time that could be arranged online so that you "would not have to wait." I suspect I have a strep throat- hey that did not matter to them. While waiting in the lobby since my contacts were irritating my eyes, I asked the receptionist if there were any eye drops i could use. An unreasonable request when I had waited over an hour already with no reason or explanation given for the delay? I don't think so. I read another review about there being a question of racism here? I question the same thing.. Never again...
Doctors Care located on Hoffmeyer Road was the worst doctor's office I've ever been too! Dr. Haskell was very rude and hateful to me during my visit. She had no personality, never greeted me, and didn't acknowledge ANYTHING I asked her! Please tell me why she is a doctor! She's not professional for dealing with the public. Or maybe she's just a racist!! Minorities should steer clear from this office!!
Honest, efficient, and awesome bed-side manner. They all work to make ur experience an awesome friendly one.
Very clean, the facility staff members were helpful and all was done in a timely manner my experience was exceptional. I'm sure anyone whom visits this facility will feel the same !
I ended up having to go to this urgent care twice in one week, once for allergic reaction and 2nd for fracture ankle. I saw the Dr on my 1st visit, he was very kind and he listened to my needs. Because I've been in the allergic reaction situation before I was able to tell him what worked before and he listened, I liked that. My 2nd time I saw the PA who is always pleasant when I see her. I felt she did a really good job with helping to minimize my pain. My X-rays didn't show anything more than a possible bad sprang, but she did send them off to find it had been fractured. The wonderful MA called me the next day and had me come in for a splint. The nurse was also kind enough to make my Dr appt for me. Doctor's Care is always my first stop before the ER. The online check-in is amazing. My wait haven't been more than 5 mins using that system. Great office and Great staff!!!
