I've been here for breakfast and dinner,and both times the service was excellent to my liking.... Will refer this place to others

The service needs some work at it ,comes to the table once after I gets my meal has tell another waiter to bring drinks to table poor s service quality... 😐
Very friendly, relaxing atmosphere. The foods was great! Our server, Sasha, was very polite, friendly and attentive.
This place badly needs an effective manager and a more professional staff who can work smoothly together. We saw lots of scowling and gossiping among staff while they were barely able to keep civil in front of customers.. The restaurant is messy, trash on the floor, unbussed tables, piles of dirty dishes on the bar. One waitress dropped her order pad by the checkout station and walked off in a huff, leaving it there for others to step on. We have a fairly good Ruby Tuesdays at home but this experience makes me want to avoid all RT restaurants from now on. And by the way, the food (pasta primavera and spicy shrimp with pasta) was terrible. Pretty good sangria, though.
Atmospere was relaxing but instead of sitting with other guest we was placed at the back next to the door with the workers eating n talking around. The palmer is delious but my broil shrimp was alittle spicy n dry.As for the service we was probaly checked on the whole hr. We was dining.
This was a grand experience for me and my girlfriend!!! Loving warm and kind service!!! I will continue to come back for nights of elegance and delight!!
I started eating at this restaurant when I lived in Columbia and loved all the food on its menu. I was thrilled when they brought this franchise to Florence. I eat there at least three times a month. Food is always great!
the restaurant had five tables & it took forever before the server came out, we ordered everything at once, the food took forever to come out. we never received the biscuits offered to us. one refill, but Brandi, the server was nice and polite though slow. we got our food & it was cold, the parm sauce on my chicken bella had dried out to nothing., the sour cream on my bp dried into the skin, My husband's coastal trio, the fish was raw in the middle. his crab cakes tasted like freezer, mash pot was grey, my baked was translucent and overcooked. The manager came over, asked how everything was, when we said horrible. she said Brandi told her the fish was raw, & that she would of offered another piece but it seemed like we ate everything. She made me feel like i was trying to get a free meal, but really it took so long for her to come out, we finished what we could of our horrible food. She offered nothing to us to make up for it & basically said it wasn't their fault because the broiler is supposed to cook the fish in four minutes. it was very unprofessional and i wasn't going to beg for a discount or anything off the bill, i paid $60 for horrible food, and bad service. not returning!
Server is nice, cooks are slack. Maybe that's just today, when I say I want chicken and mushroom alfredo, shouldn't I get mushrooms.
