Very bad experience in all aspects. Paperwork was done incorrect after sale was done. My boyfriend went back to Afghanistan and I got a call saying they had made a mistake with sales paperwork. Dealership kept calling me asking how we can sign papers again. They were so worry and kept calling me harrasing me with questions and how to fix problem. After deciding they were gonna send paperwork to Afghanistan. My boyfriend had to rushed paper work back to dealership but with a cost of 75.00 otherwise it was gonna take 3 weeks for dealership to get it. Once we got the paper work they had change the APR to a higher rate. Why???? If we were already approved to lower rate when we signed the contract. My boyfriend was rush to get paper work back to the dealer so we trust them and signed paperwork . I called dealership 4 times and I also text our sales man Kendrick many times. I was told more than 4 times they were going to find out why APR WAS higher but of course they already had all the paper work on their hands so they never call us back or follow up with us. All this paper work error they did cost us over 500.00. Be careful buying from here. You are better off driving out of Florence and make sure you get what you signed. For sure we are not coming back to this unprofessional place.

The service team is filled with liars and complete donkeys. Little to no knowledge on their product and will do expensive fixes that don't actually fix the car issue. Having them service my vehicle was the worst mistake ever. You have been warned.
IT WAS AROUND 4:45PM SO ELSIE AT THE JEEP DEALER FOUND OUT MY LOCATION AND DROVE TO ME IN HER PERSONAL VEHICLE (WHICH IS A JEEP) AND MY JEEP HAD COOLED OFF ENOUGH TO FOLLOW HER BACK TO THE JEEP DEALER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. SHE PULLED MY JEEP RIGHT BACK AND ONE OF THE MEN THAT WORK ON CARS STAYED AFTER HOURS TO CHECK MY JEEP AND IT WAS THE RADIATOR CAP LEAKING SO THEY TOOK ON OFF OF A NEW JEEP ON THE LOT AND REPLACED MINE SINCE THE PARTS DEPARTMENT WAS ALREADY CLOSED AND ANDY THE MECANIC THAT STAYED LATE CHECKED THE COOLING SYSTEM FOR LEAKS AND SHOWED ME HOW THEY PRESSURE TEST IT HE ALSO DROVE IT TO MAKE SURE IT WAS OK WHILE ELSIE STAYED WITH ME AT THE DEALERSHIP. MY JEEP WAS FIXED AND THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE ME A DIME AND THEY DID NOT LEAVE ME STRANDED. IT WAS A SURPRISE WHEN ELSIE THE SERVICE MANAGER CALLED ME LATER THAT NIGHT TO MAKE SURE I WAS OK. SO IT IS VERY TRUE OF HOW NICE PEOPLE ARE IN THE SOUTH. A BIG THANKS TO EFIRD JEEP SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
Long story short, our jeep died on our way home from vacation in Myrtle Beach. We called the closest jeep dealership which was this one. Within 30 minutes (we were 25 miles away) their shuttle service (shout out to Tim) came and picked us up. Tim was a super nice guy - very accommodating! It took our towing service 5.5 hours to bring our car to the dealership. The service team was awesome while we were stranded there! Nice place to wait (with cell charging stations I might add), great people with great attitudes! Tim took us wherever we needed to go while we waited! Once our car arrived they had 3 techs on the job. Within 20 minutes we were out the door on our way home! Great customer service!! Thank you!!

December 31, 2013 after test driving a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and a 2014 Jeep Cherakee my wife liked them so much and the friendly sales service she decided to buy both vehilcles. The purchasing experience was easy. Like any new care purchase it takes a little time to get all the paperwork ready. The finance department was very friendly and professional. The dealer insured that we were provided the best possible incentives and interest rate. There were no hidden charges and everthing about the vehicles was explained in detail before we drove off the lot in our new vehicles. We live in Alexandria, VA and were visiting Efrid Chrysler Dodge in Florance, SC, The vehicle offer was much better than offers we had received in Virginia. Because of the great offer and oustanding service we decided to make the purchased and drive the two new vehilces back to Virginia. Because of snow that fell soon as we returned we have spent most of our travel in the new 2014 Jeep Cherakee. I am very satisfied with the Jeep Cherakee. My wife and I like everything about it. This morning the Jeep said it would travel 447 miles on a tank of gas. My wife drives 198 miles round tip twice a week to work and she is averaging 35 mpg. Very stylish, well assesorized. I cannot think of any more extras that could be added. I am very satisfied with both purchases. My check engine light came on and they were the closest dealer that my truck would let me make it. I spent the night in Florence and got to the service department as soon as they opened. They said they were booked solid for 2 weeks out and that the diesel mechanic was still on vacation. I told them I was from way out of state and trying to get to Sea World for our sons 1st birthday. They did everything they could to get my truck up and running. Unfortunately the part that I needed there was 118 back ordered in the US. They were very helpful in tracking a part down for me and it was 2 more hours south. They went through my truck and said I should have no problem getting there. Richard in the parts department was extremely kind and helpful, he called the other dealer and made absolute certainty that they had the part and asked them to put my name on it and that I was on my way. Christine in the service department was just wonderful, she kept me up to date on everything and told me they were doing everything they could to get me on the road. I dealt with 2 of the mechanics and they both were extremely nice and courteous and very polite. If I didn't live so far away I would continue to do business with them wether it was servicing my truck or buying a new one
