I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Bad deal! They tricked us when we bought our car saying we were going to get 2 sets of free tires! What a joke! The crappy warranty company that gives away the tires in the fine print says you only get 2 free pairs in 6 years while we can't even get our 1st free set ay 75,800 miles and 5 1/2 years because the warranty doesn't count try splitting & dry rotting!!! very rude customer service in the repair department, says it's not them it's the warranty company. When they're the idiots that signed up the warranty company that screwed us over. Will never go back there or buy another Chevy.

My husband & I had been looking for a new car. He went to Airport Ford to get repairs on our escape, someone showed him a deep copper fusion. He took me back on sat.. I loved the car. they had everything ready, It was so easy . We were able to take the car home with us. Everyone was so kind and friendly. We will definetly consider using Airport Ford for future purchaces.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this temp agency for employment. There are plenty other agencies in the northern Kentucky area.
Despite the bad reviews here I got placed in a great job,UPS, good management and great fellow employees. I have had no issues besides people on the phone being rude. But I would be rude with dealing with stupid people also. If your hours are messed up it is your own fault. Thank you for my career.
This is an awesome dealership! I bought not one, but 2 cars within a month and got the same great experience both times. There was no negotiation necessary. I couldn't be happier with the approach or the staff. They were courteous, professional, and there were no games many dealers like to play. I highly recommend them!
What a terrible loss for the owners of this dealership who have a very rude and condescending manager on their payroll. Looks like he works for your competition because he does his best to run off your customers.I went there today to buy, and I mean buy, a Hyundai Elantra which was in excellent condition and for a good price. The salesman, Phil was nice and good to work with and we were ready for the car buying and then walked in his manager. He treated us like we were children. Within five minutes we were out of there. Too bad......you guys lost the deal because of him. I am giving you one star because there is nothing lower than that !
I am a 58 yr. old lady and went in to Kerry Nissan based on the young man who does the internet sales,kevin anyway he was a very helpful and polite man, but when I went there in person I was introduced to the sales on the lot man named micheal, he was a very condescending and rude! I got the impression he thought I was stupid because I was an elderly woman! He kept calling me sweetheart, and trying to sell me a car that was way over my budget, which I told him upfront what it was! He ten had me test drive a car that sounded like farmer john's tractor, then when I told him the sound was a deal breaker, he said his boss offered to fix it to keep me as a customer! Anyway they should have fixed the issue's before putting it up for sale! I THINK THEY ARE VERY VERY shady AND dishonest! BEWARE!!!!!! RobinBeach!
I have used the service department at Airport Ford for years for servicing of my vehicle. I purchased my last Ford from a different dealership and I have not been back there since. Their service department does not compare to Airport Ford's. Mario is great and very pleasant to deal with.
