        Rude staff & fast with services provided. Use to be good when manager was around but now back to poor hair stylest & bad job.

        no words could give a proper title to my experience

        I dont normaly come to great clips and will admit I stopped in cuz it was on our way to lunch a (mistake I will never make again). so I was sitting with my family wating to get my little boys hair cut., and the only stylsts working was complaning about how she was sick and couldnt go home. she looked aweful and it made me feel for her but why did she come to work like that?! so right away I and feeling like we should go to our regular place. but the worst part was yet to come! she was cutting this little boys hair and VOMITED ON HIM instead of running to a can! needless to say my family and I left (while holding back chunks) and went to our regular place where we get great service every time and good hairstylists. which would be supercuts. do not go to greatclips in florence by rembkey! If that is how you treat your customers and emplyees then you do not need to own a business period!
