Avoid This Location!!!!!!My 80-year-old mother decided to move to the area to live closer to me. I was planning to use a moving truck to bring her belongings down, so I reserved a SMALL (emphasis: SMALL) SUV to drive up to her location. A size car that I knew she'd be able to easily get in/out of as we ran errands, but which would also give me extra room to bring up extra packing supplies.My reservation was for a Sunday morning. And, despite the fact that I called this location on Tuesday to confirm AND they called me TWICE that week (on Wednesday and Thursday) also to confirm, no one bothered to give me a heads up that a MARATHON was being run on that Sunday morning and would effectively shut down most streets surrounding this location.I don't live in Florence, so I had no way/reason to know about the marathon; but the staff WORK there and DEFINTIELY would've known. Basic customer service skills dictated making sure I knew, so that I could plan accordingly.Instead, I had to walk a long circuitous route from the highway exit around various blockades to reach them, all while dressed for cold weather and NOT wearing shoes intended for walking distances.When I finally arrived (45 minutes late), I was informed (not offered, informed) that they were upgrading me a HUGE SUV. (Remember the part where I'd specifically reserved a small one to make things easier for my 80-year-old mother?) I declined and explained why, but was told that they didn't have the car I reserved or anything similar in size; so my "choice" was between a FORCED "upgrade" to the Huge SUV or a downgrade to a sedan smaller than my own.I went with the Huge SUV (to have room for the packing supplies) and had to purchase a step-stool for my mother to use to get in/out of the SUV. After I got back and told this to a co-worker, he said he'd also had problems with this location (he was forced to upgrade from a small SUV to a HUGE pickup truck).There are other Enterprise locations. Avoid this one.
Rent here weekly for mostly business but sometimes weekend trips. Staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. It will help if you start an Enterprise Plus account which helps you with reservations, billing, car preferences, and as a reward you earn perks (upgrades and free rentals) etc..
Kevin the manager is a nightmare to deal with. He is very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend anyone to do business with him !
Great vehicle! The car had wonderful gas mileage and a great price for the weekend! Will definitely rent again!
