If I could give this place no stars I would. I purchased a Bridesmaid dress for my cousins wedding on 06/04/2017, found the dress, paid for it and was told my dress would be in the 2nd week of August. The months went by and I finally called, since they NEVER called me. I was then told I would get my dress the end of August.. Here we are on 09/05/2017 and still no dress, no call EVER explaining to me why I am waiting on my dress that I already paid for. The ladies keep saying, they have never missed a wedding blah, blah... My cousins wedding is in one month. Everyone else in the party has their dresses and they actually came a lot sooner than their expected date of arrival. Here I am, the Maid of Honor and have NOTHING!!!! When I called over the weekend and told them my thoughts they then told me, the style dress I picked they were having problems with it and the colors not being the right color. My dress is wine color, I asked if wine was a color they are having trouble with and they said no.. Well why tell me that then? Also, when I went to try on dresses my first time, when I left, I had a bed bug crawling on me. TERRIBLE place!!!!!!! Here I am with a dress I paid for and no dress or no call from the place with any kind of explanation. Great job David's Bridal!
David's bridal employees were absolutely wonderful! Four girls helped me obtain my dream dress. Not only did they help me put the dress on, but 2 of the girls were out in the store looking for every dress that met my description of what I wanted. They gave me plenty of ideas such as what veil matched best and made my dress shopping experience incredibly special! They made me feel like a princess. The prices are also much better than other stores. I also checked out Wendy's bridal, bridal and formal and splendid and David's bridal was much more reasonable in comparison on pricing. The staff at splendid didn't even help me put on the big poofy dress I picked out and at bridal and formal, they ignored me and the woman helping me left to help someone else who was picking out a higher priced dress and committed to buying today, and never came back to help me even when I asked to try on dresses. Not only did I leave David's bridal feeling special, but when I thought about all the other stores I went to, I realized what rare and incredible customer service David's bridal provides. Thank you all so very much!
Where do I start? At the first appointment the consultant made rude comments about how I shouldn't wear a veil in my hair, how could I because my head is shaved? When I wanted a veil. I should have run then after talking to a manager and realized they truly didn't care. However, I fell in love with a dress so I returned. Had my first fitting for alterations. Stood there for an hour being pinned up for her to tell me my alterations were double what I was quoted before I purchased my dress. Alterations were MORE than my dress!!!! My options were exchange my dress or pay the price. Fabulous job David's Bridal! I have left every appointment crying when this should be the most exciting time of my life.
I am mother of a bride, I purchased a corset bra they ordered for me because didn't have my size in store. It was one week before wedding which was my fault for waiting til the last minute but thought since I tried the one on which didn't fit that the one they ordered would have fit perfect so did not try on and day of wedding it was too big and did not look right. I tried to take back because I did not wear at all it was $80.00 and they would not take back. I had my receipt and they said you cannot return once they are purchased. It did say at the bottom of receipt no returns in small print but the lady he sold it to me said no returns because if that was the case I would have made sure I tried it on. So now I am out of $80.00 I will not be able to ever wear the corset bra doesn't fit me. I got a hold of district manager on email and let them know I was disappointed in the store and would let my friends and family know not to buy from David's Bridal unless you try on and make sure you like before you purchase.
