Worst drive thru in the history of drive thrus never again.

Don't waste your time or money! They are extremely rude and unprofessional. My boyfriend and I were having dinner on 5-1-17 and something was going on outside with an employee and a few of them that were inside came near us to the window and started to laugh and just interrupted our dinner! As we were leaving, they were cussing and of course the manager was there and did not do anything about it! I'm surprised it's still open. The food was cold and no wonder why I haven't been there in many years.
We don't have high expectations when eating fast food. I mean it's just a Long John Silvers afterall, right? Given that, the food is actually pretty decent albeit greasy. The kids enjoy eating here so I comply from time to time. However they recently upped their prices, and frankly it's just not worth it. For the money you can get a better meal elsewhere.
If I could could give this location no stars I would because the management is terrible. Amanda decided it was acceptable to call me a bitch because I wanted my drinks with my order. That is highly disrespectful, the guy there also shut the window in my face while I was asking for the manager and refused to get her. Only one side of their drive through was working and there was only 3 employees in the entire building. This is unacceptable treatment. Had I acting like this at one of my various customer service jobs I would have been fired on the spot.
HORRIBLE! Ordered food, my boyfriend took a bite and puke because of the hair stuck in his throat from the coney. Only asked for a refund for the food that wasn't eaten and they completely refused and said "call head quarters I don't care." Which I did. Thanks to head quarters for at least sending me a gift card for the order amount. The owner of this restaurant needs to better train employees on how to speak to customers. I really hope GEORGE, the man that displayed inappropriate behavior in front of customers isn't the owner.
Very very very slow since building new restaurant. Say they are short staffed. Waited 15 min in drive thru and wasn't even to pay window yet.
2 times in the past 2 weeks I experienced the slowest service ever. Last week spent 15 minutes in the line up to order and receive the food 2 Soft Tacos. Today after 5 minutes in the line up, got out of the line went inside. I stood at the counter for 4 minutes without any acknowledgement saw only 2 young men 1 at the window and 1 cook. Walked out went next door to Steak & Shake and was taken care of PROPERLY. Recommend.... Go elsewhere.

I want to like this place, I really do. I imagine it's probably one of the oldest places to eat in Florence and just for nostalgia sake I stop in from time to time with my kids. It's kinda sad in there though as you can sense the place feels like it's dying a slow, painful death. There is definitely a lack of energy there. I'm giving ita generous 3 stars just for the fact they've been able to hang on this long.
